"The future is plural! This was the idea that stayed with me after attending ANTICIPATE’s foresight training in Copenhagen.
Mathias Behn Bjørnhof, a true professional in the field, emphasized that foresight isn’t about predicting the future—it’s about strategic thinking, exploring possible scenarios, and uncovering new perspectives and opportunities.
What I loved most was how practical it felt. Foresight isn’t about grand visions that are interesting to hear but impossible to act on. It’s about mapping the future—looking at megatrends, signals, challenges, and potential paths forward. It’s a key part of strategic planning, both for organizations and for states that want to intelligently plan and shape their vision for the future.
Now that I’ve got this foundation, my next step is to explore how to apply foresight in sustainability communication."

“Wow, what an exceptional few days of futures. I was worried that we wouldn’t hear many new things but my fears were not well founded, both my colleague and I came away with tremendous value, frameworks and approaches that we can apply immediately.
Since integrating the methodologies and processes learned from the course into our daily practices at JLR, there has been a remarkable transformation in the way we approach strategic thinking & foresight-led strategy in our function and beyond. We now use the process in all long term strategy.”

“Mathias Behn Bjørnhof from ANTICIPATE knocked it out of the park, teaching scenario planning to 20 European Media execs. Mathias facilitated to-the-point lectures and practical exercises, earning props for his excellent teaching style and the right blend of theory and hands-on learning.
The feedback was super positive and the participant felt the course was highly relevant to their work. We were all impressed with the energy and expertise Mathias brought to the table.”

"If you've ever doubted the value of strategic foresight, it's time to think again. The masterclass from ANTICIPATE revealed the science and art behind strategic predictions, leaving me undeniably hooked on the future. If the rollercoaster ride called transformation is just around the corner, why not secure the best seat and enjoy the ride!”
