1. Who we are
ANTICIPATE Futures ApS is the data controller for the personal data we process when you visit our website, purchase our services, or otherwise interact with us. Contact us at hi@anticipate.dk for any privacy-related questions.

2. What data we collect and why

(a) When you contact us or sign up for our newsletter
We collect your name and email address based on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) to communicate with you and send the content you requested.

(b) When you purchase a service or product
We collect your name, email, billing address, and (for B2B customers)
your VAT number and company name. Payment details are processed
directly by Stripe — we do not store full card details. The legal basis is contract performance (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and legal obligation for accounting (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).

(c) When you visit our website
We collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited via cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

3. Who we share data with
We share data with the following processors who help us deliver our
services:

- Squarespace Inc. (website hosting and e-commerce)
- Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (payment processing)
- Google LLC (analytics, if cookie consent is given)
- Squarespace Email Campaigns (if you sign up for mailing lists)

All processors are bound by data processing agreements ensuring GDPR compliance. Some processors are based outside the EU/EEA — transfers take place under Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

4. How long we keep your data
- Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe
- Customer purchase records: 5 years from end of financial year, as required by the Danish Bookkeeping Act (Bogføringsloven)
- General contact inquiries: up to 24 months
- Website analytics: as set in our Cookie Policy

5. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability and the right to object. To exercise any of these rights, contact hi@anticipate.dk.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet, www.datatilsynet.dk).

6. Children
Our services are not directed at persons under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via our website or by email if you are a registered customer.
