ANTICIPATE is excited to host a new experimental lab at Future Days 2026: ACT Futures Mosaic — a participatory futures workshop and live installation designed to make future thinking tangible, collective, and visual. This 2-hour session marks the first-ever edition of the format and the founding moment of what will become an evolving travelling installation.
Built around ANTICIPATE’s ACT Foresight Framework — Anticipate, Create, Transform — this workshop invites participants to explore the theme of EXCHANGE in its many forms:
A mutual movement of value between people, organisations, and systems that creates relationships.
Insights are translated into physical “futures tiles”, visual artefacts that represent emerging possibilities, tensions, and transformations. Each tile becomes part of the larger ACT Futures Mosaic, a growing installation that will continue evolving across cities, communities, and future events.
Future Days 2026 will be the very first contribution to that larger mosaic.
Aligned with Future Days’ sub-theme of Infrastructures of Imagination, the workshop explores the systems, frictions, and transformations shaping our world — while inviting participants to leave behind something tangible that becomes part of a shared futures archive.
