Thoughts for Future Festival is a student-organized gathering that explores diverse perspectives on sustainability through workshops, talks, and open discussions. It’s a space where dialogue, imagination, and learning can flourish across disciplines and perspectives.

What’s happening?

Expect hands-on workshops, thought-provoking talks, and engaging conversations—each focused on rethinking the future. The program will feature speakers with real-world experience in sustainability and a passion for creating change. ANTICIPATE Workshop – Sunday 5 October

Bridging the Horizons: From Futures Thinking to Sustainable Actions

Join ANTICIPATE for a creative futures workshop using the Three Horizons model to tackle real sustainability challenges—from fast fashion to climate justice. Working in small groups, you’ll:

• Map today’s systems and identify what’s broken

• Explore visions of more sustainable futures

• Spot shifts already underway and the ones still needed to bridge the gap

The session is designed to spark systems thinking and help connect today’s sustainability goals with the long-term transformations required to achieve them.
