Who is it for?

This is for you if you’re:

  • Looking to find your own voice and approach in the futures space

  • Preparing to apply foresight practically in your organization or work

  • Trying to sell foresight internally or externally, and struggling to make it stick

  • Feeling a bit lost or unsure in a field that can feel abstract and messy

  • Craving a guide who’s walked the path and can help you grow with confidence

What you get

This program is designed to grow with you, offering both structure and flexibility. You’ll move from orientation and reflection to building concrete skills, and applying learnings to real-world challenges.

We tailor the program to you. What a program could look like:

Phase 1 – Finding Your Futures Voice
Clarify your goals, map the foresight landscape, build your network, and craft your personal foresight pitch.

Phase 2 – Building Foresight Skills
Gain practical mastery in foresight through masterclassses in the ACT Framework (Anticipate–Create–Transform), with follow-up sparring sessions and a pilot project.

Phase 3 – Application & Practice
Ongoing, tailored support as you bring foresight into your real-world work: from workshop facilitation to signal scanning, stakeholder engagement, and strategy integration.

Why work with me?

This program is run by our founder, expert strategic foresight practitioner Mathias Behn Bjørnhof. Here’s what he has to say:

I’ve mentored emerging futurists, trained professionals and executives across sectors, and led over 50 foresight projects globally. I know how to translate futures into action, and I love helping others do the same.

Foresight can sometimes feel like a lonely path to be on, because we work in a field where there is low awareness, both of the existence of these ways of thinking and doing powerful work, but also of the great value it can provide.

I’m there whether you need a sparring partner, a structured learning plan, or super-specific support with a super-specific project. This is your space to grow. And if you're just starting out? Know that I’ve been there too.

Practicalities

  • You’ll receive a certificate upon completion.

    • The initial program is structured around four one-hour sessions, typically spaced 10–15 days apart to give time for reflection and experimentation.

    • Each session includes a core theme, a practical tool or exercise, and prompts to test and refine your direction in between.

    • All sessions are held online, and you’ll get a personal calendar link to book sessions in advance.

    • Most participants begin with a four-session coaching program priced at €700 / $800), that’s €175 / $200 per session, paid upfront before we begin.

    • This helps lock in your commitment and gives us both the freedom to focus fully on the work ahead. A simple invoice will be sent once you accept the tailored proposal.

    • After the four sessions, we’ll evaluate where you are, and if it makes sense, you can continue with either:

      • Ongoing sparring (additional sessions as needed, e.g. if you need specific help with facilitating a workshop or pitching a project.)

      • Lighter check-ins to keep momentum going

      • Or a more extensive package from the start, if you already know you want more support
