This is more than a course or one-time advise. It’s a personalized coaching offer for everyone who want to become more anticipatory and build foresight into their work and leadership, from wherever they are today.

What you get

This program is designed to grow with you, offering both structure and flexibility. You’ll move from orientation and reflection to building concrete skills, and applying learnings to real-world challenges.

We tailor the program to you. What a program could look like:

Phase 1 – Finding Your Futures Voice
Clarify your goals, map the foresight landscape, build your network, and craft your personal foresight pitch.

Phase 2 – Building Foresight Skills
Gain practical mastery in foresight through masterclassses in the ACT Framework (Anticipate–Create–Transform), with follow-up sparring sessions and a pilot project.

Phase 3 – Application & Practice
Ongoing, tailored support as you bring foresight into your real-world work: from workshop facilitation to signal scanning, stakeholder engagement, and strategy integration.
