June 15–16, 2025 · OCAD University, Toronto
The Association of Professional Futurists (APF), in collaboration with OCAD University, will host a unique gathering dedicated to exploring transformational futures through the lenses of creativity and compassion. This marks APF’s first event since 2023 and its return to Toronto since 2010.
Designed as an interactive and participatory experience, the conference departs from traditional formats. It features workshops, immersive installations, and open dialogue spaces, including a speakers' corner and dedicated areas for emotional reflection such as the Space for Grief. Rather than keynotes, the event emphasizes co-creation, connection, and embodied practices.
Highlights include:
APF programming focused on skill-building, creativity, and peer exchange
OCAD-led sessions including experiential futures performances and emergent conversations
Opportunities for networking, reflection, and collaborative exploration
Evening reception: June 15
