Annual CIMIC Foresight Conference 2025: From Foresight to Action – Evolving CIMIC Capabilities

The Annual CIMIC Foresight Conference (ACFC25) will explore the future of Civil-Military Cooperation (CIMIC) in an era of instability, misinformation, and complex crises. Building on the momentum of ACFC24, this year’s edition will focus on evolving CIMIC capabilities, the role of Multi-Domain Operations (MDO), and the military’s contribution to human security.

A key feature of ACFC25 is acaCIMICs, a new hybrid platform connecting military expertise with academia to advance experimentation, wargaming, and simulations. The program will bring together perspectives from military, civilian, academic, and political sectors to assess whether current systems and strategies are fit for purpose—or risk giving only the appearance of readiness.
