2026 Transition Design Conference: Weaving Regenerative Futures

July 8–11, 2026 | Mexico City, Mexico

The fifth Transition Design Conference will gather academics, researchers, and practitioners working on sustainability transitions and systems change — as well as those new to the field.

Hosted at Tecnológico de Monterrey’s Mexico City campus, the event is co-organized by Tecnológico de Monterrey (Mexico), the University of Palermo (Argentina), and the Transition Design Institute at Carnegie Mellon University (USA).

A call for extended abstracts and posters will open in late August or early September 2025, with selected, peer-reviewed papers published in a special issue of UP’s Cuaderno journal in summer 2027.
